A Pretty Fast "European" Street Legal Production Car

It's probably not the strongest street legal car of the world, but at least maybe here in europe. And the european laws are strict compared to others.
I know that there are some street legal drag cars in the UK, but like I said they don't count (production car).
1407hp; 407km/h topspeed (bad aerodynamic I guess); self-made
